You can track your order directly by visiting your customer account on our website.

2- Click on the "Order history and details" tab
3- Click on “details”
4- Click on the tracking link
Once the order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking link indicating the location of your package.
So no worries, you can still track your order even if you don’t have a Soöruz account.
GLS home delivery: Orders are delivered within 1 to 2 working days to the address of your choice.
GLS International: Orders are delivered within approximately 1 week for countries bordering France. Otherwise, the delivery time is 10 to 15 days.
GLS Pickup Point: Pickup at one of the GLS Pickup Points of your choice. You will be notified by email or SMS when your package arrives. Pickup Point delivery is also available abroad.
TNT: Delivery within 24 hours, available on Saturdays in mainland France.
DHL express: Home delivery within 24/48 hours.
VivaWallet: 40+ payment methods available (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Bancontact, Paypal with no account required, and installment payments with Klarna...)
Paypal: You will be redirected to the PayPal page to confirm your payment. Two options are available:
With a PayPal account:
If you already have a PayPal account, simply log in with your credentials to confirm the payment.
By Credit Card, without a PayPal account:
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay by credit card on the PayPal page, without the need to create an account. This option allows you to pay easily by card, even without signing up for PayPal.
Interest-free, 4-installment payments are also available with PayPal.
Gift Card: Simply enter the code you received in the “promo code” box located in the shopping cart. Gift cards can only be used online and are valid for one year. If your purchase exceeds the value of your gift card, you will need to pay the difference.
Home delivery and relay point delivery are free for orders within France via GLS for purchases over €15.

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item (at your expense) and you will be refunded for the amount of your order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will refund you directly.

If an item is displayed online, it means we have it in stock. Feel free to call us if you are looking for a size that is not listed online.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. On your customer account, you will be able to see your order history and check the status of your order.
To apply your promo code, this takes place in your cart. Simply click on “Do you have a promo code?” and enter it afterward.
When placing your order, you can choose to have it delivered to a relay point or for pickup at the La Rochelle factory store.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns of an order within 15 days after the delivery date. Exceptionally, the return period is extended to 30 days in December.
When a product comes with a specific warranty, the terms and conditions of the warranty are detailed in the product description. The customer wishing to return a product must contact us via their customer account by following this procedure:
- Access your order history from your account.
- Select the order containing the products you wish to return.
- Select the products you want to return by checking the box next to each product.
- Specify whether you want an exchange or a refund.
Once the form is complete, you can click the Submit button, and your return request will be sent to us.
Regarding returns, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, we offer the shipping costs for exchanges.
If the size of the product you ordered is not suitable, we offer to refund you the full amount of the product or to exchange it for the correct size if we have it in stock.
A preparation error has occurred. Contact us directly so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible. You will not have to pay any return shipping costs; we will cover everything.

WARRANTY
When purchasing a Soöruz wetsuit, you have 3 years of warranty on the seams and 2 years of warranty on the other materials of your wetsuit.
To activate your warranty, please contact us by email at warranty@sooruz.com with photos of the product and a proof of purchase.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- -Modifications and repairs made outside of our workshop
- -Discoloration due to sun exposure
- -Second-hand products
- -Damage related to improper use (examples: scratches caused by a leash or harness, board grip, etc.)
- -Poor maintenance of the wetsuit (examples: drying in direct sunlight, on a hanger, machine washing, improper rinsing, etc. – see our care guide for more details)
Important: Each warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Conditions apply only to private customers.

To better understand the differences between Oysterprene and Örganic Oysterprene:
- Oysterprene is our high-performance neoprene. We have replaced the traditionally used limestone with oyster powder (25% of the foam). The remaining materials for the foam are primarily derived from recycled or virgin products from the petrochemical industry. This is essential when looking for a high-performance wetsuit.
- Örganic Oysterprene : Our new Örganic Oysterprene© foam combines performance and sustainability. Made from FSC-certified natural rubber and oyster shell powder, it delivers optimal performance while being bio-based (USDA certified). This new technology is already available in our GURU, FIGHTER, and DIVINE ranges and will be included in all our wetsuits, including those for schools, by spring 2025
To choose the thickness of your wetsuit, several criteria need to be considered:
- The sport: The time spent in the water varies depending on your activity. In surfing, you will be mostly submerged, while in windsurfing or kitesurfing, you will often be out of the water.
- The temperature of the water and air: This is the most important criterion. Depending on the conditions, the choice of wetsuit can vary. For example, in cold water with warm air, a surfer will choose a thicker wetsuit, while a windsurfer will opt for a lighter version. Conversely, in warm water and cool weather, a surfer will prefer a thinner wetsuit, whereas a windsurfer will choose something warmer.
- Time spent in the water: The longer you are immersed, the more you risk getting cold. For long sessions, prioritize a warm and thick wetsuit.
- Activity level: Your riding style also influences your thermal comfort. If you are active, you will feel warmer in a thinner wetsuit. On the other hand, if you are waiting for the perfect wave, you may prefer a bit more thickness.
- Wetsuit model: Warmth varies not only with thickness but also with the model. A high-end model with lining will be warmer than an entry-level model.

MAINTAINING YOUR WETSUIT
After each session, remember to thoroughly rinse your Soöruz wetsuit with clean water. To eliminate odors, you can use the Bacterless disinfectant specifically designed for neoprene wetsuits. Available here: Bacterless
Warning: Do not put your wetsuit in a washing machine or dryer, as this can cause shrinkage and stiffness. Also, avoid exposing the wetsuit to harsh detergents and chemicals.
To dry your wetsuit, we recommend laying it outside in the fresh air and out of direct sunlight.
Warning: If you dry it on a hanger, it may distort the neoprene around the shoulders. It’s better to use a suitable hanger or lay it flat horizontally to evenly distribute the weight on each side.

GO DRYTo maintain the watertightness of the wetsuit, avoid contact with sharp objects and abrasive surfaces as much as possible, as they can tear the neoprene.
Be cautious of the velcro on a wetsuit with a back zip, as it can snag the neoprene and damage it.
