Through this program, we recycle 95% of wetsuits to create new items and secondary materials. You can now drop off your used wetsuits at our retailers, reducing the environmental impact of your practice while giving your suit a second chance.
Our objectives are as follows:
• To recycle as many wetsuits as we produce
• To provide convenient collection points near your location

Leveraging our experience and expertise, we have undertaken a comprehensive assessment of the entire life cycle of our products. This evaluation covers material sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, product use, and end-of-life considerations. Today, environmental considerations are integrated right from the initial product design stage. Our aim is to optimize materials, reduce their environmental footprint, enhance their quality and longevity, and promote recycling.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECOLOGICAL INVOLVEMENT OF SOÖRUZ
From the early stages of our journey, we prioritized environmental concerns in the development of our wetsuits. This commitment led to the creation of the first wetsuit made of Yulex and the introduction of technologies such as Black Diamond and Storm Dry.
OYSTERPRENE is utilized in our most flexible and efficient neoprene materials, which constitute our expert and pro ranges. This innovation involves replacing limestone with a natural, recycled, and renewable powder derived from the grinding of oyster shells. This solution does not compromise the technical performance of our products and simultaneously improves their environmental impact without affecting consumer pricing.
