Orders placed on Fridays after 2 PM, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in France will be processed starting from Monday or the first working day following.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes 

France

GLS INTERNATIONAL : International delivery in 7 business days.

Europe Zone: Does not deliver on weekends.

DHL Economy : International delivery between 2 and 4 business days.

TNT International : Only for the Canary Islands.

International

GLS INTERNATIONAL : Livraison à l’internationnal en 7 jours ouvrés. 

Zone Europe : ne livre pas le Week-end

DHL Economy : Livraison à l’international entre 2 et 4 jours ouvrés. 

TNT International : Uniquement pour les Canaries.

For security reasons and to prevent credit card fraud, the billing and shipping address of the order must be located in the same territory.

The ordered products will be delivered by the aforementioned carriers to the postal address provided by the customer during the order confirmation. The delivery deadline is set at the end of a maximum period of 7 business days from the order confirmation, depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer and the delivery territory.

Note: No delivery to a P.O. Box will be possible.

The delivery deadlines are expressed in business days and vary depending on the destination.

Returns

The return policy is 30 days from the receipt of the order.

Soöruz covers reshipping costs, but return and exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to make a return?

1. Activate the return request by logging into your customer account:

Go to «Order History and Details.»

Select the order to return by clicking «Details» at the end of the line on the right.

Choose the product to return.

Share the reason for the return, clearly specifying if you want an exchange or a refund. If you want an exchange, provide the product reference and specify the desired size.

2. The Soöruz customer service will receive the return request, which, once confirmed, will allow you to print the return label located in the «Return Products» tab of your customer account.

3. Return the products to us

Sending the return by Colissimo.
you can send us the products via Colissimo tracking (at your expense) to the address indicated on the return label.
Returning the product to the Shop Usine in La Rochelle.
You can drop off your returns at the Shop Usine de La Rochelle, 6 rue Virginie Hériot, 17000 LA ROCHELLE - FRANCE. You can make an exchange with an item from the Shop Usine, however, no refunds can be made at the shop.

4. Upon receiving and verifying the perfect condition of the product(s), we will proceed with the refund or exchange for the desired product.

Refund processing time is 3 to 4 days from the receipt of the returned order.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days (the legal minimum in France) to change your mind after purchasing a product or service remotely (online, by phone, or by correspondence).

1. 14-Day Period

  • The period begins upon receipt of the product (or the last product in the case of multiple deliveries).
  • You then have 14 days to inform the seller of your decision to withdraw, without needing to provide reasons or pay penalties.

2. How to Exercise this Right

  • You must notify your withdrawal in writing (email, postal mail, or via the withdrawal form provided by the seller).
  • Then, you again have 14 days to return the product concerned.

3. Refund

  • The seller is required to reimburse all amounts paid (including initial delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Return Costs

  • By default, return costs are borne by the customer, unless the seller has agreed to bear them or has not clearly informed the customer that these costs are their responsibility.

5. Exceptions

Some purchases are not subject to withdrawal, for example:

  • Customized or bespoke products.
  • Products likely to deteriorate rapidly.
  • Unsealed goods for hygiene or health protection reasons.
