In 2023, we developed a new Oysterprene Y8 sandwich with a softer outer fabric. This allows our high performance wetsuits to have unmatched flexibility.
OYSTERPRENE, a Soöruz innovation, has been used in our wetsuits since 2020. Its foam is made from oyster shell powder.
Since its creation in 2020, we have been working to offer you a neoprene that is always more efficient while continuing to defend and prove our responsible values.
L’oysterprene
Our OYSTERPRENE, is used in our most flexible and performing neoprenes which compose our expert and pro ranges, since 2020.
The process consists of replacing limestone with a natural, recycled and renewable filler derived from the grinding of oyster shells.
This solution does not alter the technical performance of our products and improves their environmental footprint without impacting the price for the consumer.
